Questions about pricing
What counts as an environment?
One Microsoft 365 tenant, or one Google Workspace domain. A company running both counts as two environments and buys twice.
What is the difference between the one-time audit and the subscription?
The one-time audit is a photograph: a finding dated on the day of collection. The subscription is a film: collection repeats every month, you are alerted the moment a control regresses, and each run reads as a difference from the previous one.
How are users counted?
Licensed users in the environment, guests excluded. The tier is set at the start of the engagement and does not change mid-term.
Can I move from a one-time audit to a subscription?
Yes. The amount already paid for the one-time audit is deducted from the first year of subscription if you subscribe within 90 days.
Is remediation included?
The plan is included, the execution is not. You apply the corrections yourself, or your provider does. We can also do it, as a separate engagement.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices are excluding tax. French VAT at 20% is added at checkout. Businesses established in another European Union country that provide a valid intra-Community VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism, with no VAT. Customers established outside the European Union are outside the scope of French VAT.
