Tenovia is a brand and a service of DEXTA CONSEIL. DEXTA CONSEIL is the sole contracting party for any order placed on this site and the only entity collecting payment. The name shown on your bank statement is DEXTA CONSEIL.
2. Hosting
The site and the data it processes are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland.
Switzerland is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Transferring personal data from the European Union to this host therefore requires no additional safeguard.
3. Nature of the service
Tenovia audits the configuration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments against the CIS Benchmarks. Collection is read-only, performed through application programming interfaces, with no script to run on the client side and no password handed over.
DEXTA CONSEIL is not a certification body. The reports record a configuration state on a given date against a public framework. They are neither a certification, nor an attestation of regulatory compliance, nor a security guarantee.
4. Intellectual property
All elements making up this site and the service, including texts, visual identity, logos, report structure, control grids, scoring rules and code, are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of DEXTA CONSEIL.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation, constitutes an infringement under articles L.335-2 and following of the French intellectual property code.
Audit reports delivered to the client belong to the client, who may use them freely for internal purposes. The method, the scoring rules and the tools producing them remain the property of DEXTA CONSEIL.

CIS and CIS Benchmarks are trademarks of the Center for Internet Security, Inc. Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra and SharePoint are trademarks of the Microsoft group. Google and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC. Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc.
These trademarks are used descriptively, to designate the audited environments and the technical providers involved. DEXTA CONSEIL is neither affiliated with, nor certified by, nor mandated by these companies.
